In the 1960s, he emerged as a unique talent in the art world, later achieving global renown in the 1990s and 2000s. The creator has traveled a long road, from the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris to winning the prestigious Prix de Rome, and from the Villa Medici in Italy to the world-famous Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.

The film's subject draws inspiration from life itself, seeking a perfect harmony between emotion and plastic form. As the celebrated artist approaches his centenary, this exclusive documentary takes audiences behind the scenes of a retrospective exhibition at the Hangaram Design Museum in Seoul, celebrating 70 years of his extraordinary career.

André Brasilier — Where Dreams Come From was presented by Belair Media in collaboration with Museum TV, Opera Gallery, and LG Uplus. The film was directed by Valentin Classen, known for his work on the project Rickshaw, which earned a Student Award at a US film festival. Sylvain Mathaux, who previously worked on the short film Le Matou et le Bichon, served as the cinematographer.

The documentary also features the work of Hugues Dardart, known for projects like Youth, My Love, Duck, and Breathe. Olivier Beau, who contributed to the project Villa Captive, served as the editor. The score was composed by Olivier Casassus, a frequent collaborator with France TV, Ciné+, and Museum TV, whose portfolio includes films like Delon-Melville and Fernand Pouillon.
